Immediate downloads and cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content can be supplied during the 14-day cancellation period only after your express consent and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. We supply downloads immediately after confirmed payment and that consent. This information is included in the checkout confirmation. Without the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, cancellation rights may continue.
Faulty or undelivered files
If your files are faulty, misdescribed or not delivered, contact us. We will provide working replacement files or a refund, as appropriate to the problem and your statutory rights. Agreeing to immediate digital delivery does not remove these rights.
